IT Systems Specialist

Technology & Risk Recruitment, is partnering with a leading UK manufacturing to recruit an IT Systems Specialist. This is a hybrid role supporting core business systems with a strong focus on BisTrack ERP.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the BisTrack ERP system and related business applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly to minimise disruption
• Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles
• Assist in configuring and implementing new ERP modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Support data migration, testing, and user training during system rollouts
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
• Perform regular system health checks and apply updates/patches
• Work with vendors and third-party providers for enhancements and support
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Proven experience supporting ERP or business systems, ideally BisTrack
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and data queries
• Knowledge of distribution, merchanting, or supply chain operations
• Experience with system integrations and APIs
• Understanding of Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies
