  • SharePoint permissions and structure
  • CRM (Pipedrive) support - users, automation, integrations, reporting
  • Intune device compliance, Conditional Access, MFA
  • VoIP setup, routing, and troubleshooting
  • VPN, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, Wi-Fi, and general network diagnostics
  • Hardware deployment and remote support

Systems & Improvement

You'll actively contribute to:

  • Cloud migration and digital transformation projects
  • SharePoint Online administration and intranet development
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
  • Business process automation and system optimisation
  • Integration between Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
  • Documentation and best practice governance

Device, Network & Security Ownership

You'll manage:

  • Windows Autopilot and multi-device enrolment (Windows, iOS, Android)
  • BYOD, app protection policies, and security baselines
  • VoIP systems including IVR and softphones
  • Core networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, LAN/WAN)
  • Cybersecurity monitoring, access enforcement, and compliance support

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, * Highly motivated and proactive

  • Comfortable taking full ownership of IT systems
  • Solutions-focused and analytical
  • Calm under pressure
  • Security-conscious
  • Passionate about cloud technology and continuous improvement

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving infrastructure, supporting users, and being accountable for IT stability while driving meaningful transformation.

If you're ready to combine operational excellence with cloud innovation we'd love to hear from you.
