Tasks

  • Lead a team of ten employees and drive service management processes.

These are your tasks

  • Lead a team of ten employees
  • Define and control service management processes based on ITIL4
  • Implement regulatory requirements and internal compliance guidelines in IT services
  • Establish consistent service and customer orientation within the IT department
  • Be responsible for the content of the IT service catalog and agree on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with departments and teams
  • Manage external service providers and vendors
  • Monitor service quality and efficiency using key figures, identify weaknesses, and initiate measures

Requirements

  • A degree in IT or related fields and ITIL4 Managing Professional certification preferred.
  • Experience with business applications and ITSM tools is essential.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration between IT and business., * Degree in (business) informatics (HF, FH or university) or equivalent, as well as a current ITIL4 Managing Professional certification are desired
  • Several years of experience in the administration of business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or industry solutions) and with ITSM tools, as well as solid knowledge of database structures and authorization concepts
  • Solution-oriented work in complex ICT structures according to best practice standards
  • Targeted communication and mediation between business and IT
  • Experienced handling of external service providers as well as monitoring relevant key figures (KPIs) and managing outsourcing partners
  • Self-organized work between operational tasks and strategic planning
