Job description

Second Line Support Technician required to join a leading IT solutions company with an emphasis on Cloud and Software services. You will be working to identify and resolve IT issues for customers and maintain the smooth running of the system. Some of what you will be doing:

  • Providing IT support to customers
  • Identifying and solving technical issues
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the system
  • Facilitating training for First Line Technicians
  • Assisting Third Line Technicians

Requirements

  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g. MCP, MCSE, MCSA)
  • Experience using VMware
  • A strong understanding of Citrix
  • Experience using Office365

It would be great if you also had:

  • Knowledge of Share Point
