We're currently based in Kemble but will be moving to central Swindon in Spring 2026 - just a short walk from the train station and the new bus boulevard. - Providing first-line IT support in person and by phone, email, and chat
- Logging and managing support tickets, keeping records up to date
- Fixing common issues with devices, Microsoft 365, and business systems
- Setting up and managing user accounts, access, and equipment
- Escalating more complex issues with clear notes
- Supporting basic network, Wi-Fi, and meeting room tech
- Helping with IT projects and ongoing improvements
- Taking part in an on-call rota, providing support for two out of every four weeks
Requirements
- Has previous IT support experience
- Can troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Has strong customer service skills and can explain technical issues clearly
- Knows Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common business apps
- Understands basic Active Directory/Azure AD and networking concepts
- Is organised, communicates well, and manages multiple priorities
- Has strong problem-solving skills
