- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and networking
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline
- Qualify leads and support wider business development initiatives
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline forecasting
