Position Summary :As a Product Support Engineer, you will develop and implement design solutions for products in the field and support technical inquiries by the sales and service organisations. Your missions will consist to : Support field technicians by troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Answer technical inquiries from outside sales offices. Review complex customer technical specifications for tender compliance. Perform root cause analysis and maintain statistical data for investigations of reported product deficiencies. Write technical service bulletins for field implementation. Monitor product demerit claims and liaise with project engineers and test technicians to develop solutions for customers. Occasional national and international travel to assist with field issues. Adhere to standards and procedures in the pursuit of ISO 9001. Maintain currency with respect to technical skills by attending training classes, technical courses, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
