Scrum Masters in Brussels Belgium (EU PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY)

We are currently hiring multiple Scrum Masters (Senior & Expert level) for a leading European banking client. These roles sit within key business domains including Payments, Risk & Credits, and Fraud, supporting large-scale digital and Agile transformation programmes., * Act as Scrum Master within Agile delivery teams, ensuring effective execution of Scrum ceremonies

• Drive delivery with a strong IT and business outcome focus
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across teams
• Support and drive change adoption, especially within complex or Legacy environments
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with programme goals.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT environments
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and delivery mindset
• Experience working in Financial Services/Banking (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive change in challenging environments
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
