About the Role The Data Officer will be responsible for maintaining the school's information systems, producing reports, and supporting staff with data-related queries. You will ensure data integrity and contribute to efficient school administration, enabling leaders and teachers to make informed decisions. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining and updating pupil and staff records on the school's management systems Producing reports for leadership, governors, and external agencies Assisting with admissions, attendance tracking, and assessment data Ensuring compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations Supporting the administration team with data-related tasks as needed Identifying and resolving discrepancies in records Providing guidance to staff on accessing and using data systems

Requirements
