Job description
The IT Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the commercial aspects of IT operations within the organisation. This includes supplier onboarding, procurement workflows, and process optimisation. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across IT and business services teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant procurement practices., Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage purchasing of IT software, hardware, and services.
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing for renewals and new purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements.
- Collaborate with Finance to track asset depreciation and residual value.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on spend, supplier performance, and contract status.
- Support the IT Procurement Lead with design and implementation of scalable procurement processes.
- Assist in onboarding workflows and utilise IT systems for visibility and tracking.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Excellent communication and confidence dealing with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in procurement processes would be beneficial but not essential (IT sector preferred).
