• Administration of the employee portal for digital application processing and time recording
• Conducting tests, simulations, and plausibility checks
• Training and support of duty roster managers on site
• Close cooperation with the payroll department in administering overarching system settings for time management and duty scheduling
• Administration of roles, permissions, and organizational structures
• Participation in the implementation of projects for the continuous development of digital processes and structures in the field of human resources management

• Degree in Personalmanagement or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility in problem-solving.
• Experience in project management and HR systems like P&I Loga., A completed degree in human resources management or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in human resources management or IT

• Solid user knowledge of the HR system P&I Loga would be advantageous, ideally in the time management and/or duty scheduling module
• Practical experience in project management
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and flexibility
