Tasks
- Oversee company-wide service plan harmonization with colleagues.
- Administer the employee portal for digital requests and time tracking.
- Conduct tests and support local service plan managers effectively., An interesting role with varied challenges and plenty of room for initiative

Your tasks
- Overall control and support of company-wide duty roster harmonization in close coordination with colleagues in the facilities and the service provider P&I
- Administration of the employee portal for digital application processes and time recording
- Conducting tests, simulations, and plausibility checks
- Training and support of duty roster managers on site
- Close cooperation with the payroll department in administering overarching system settings for time management and duty scheduling
- Administration of roles, permissions, and organizational structures
- Participation in the implementation of projects for the continuous development of digital processes and structures in the field of human resources management
Requirements
- Degree in HR management or relevant experience in HR or IT required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Experience in project management and structured work approach., A completed degree in human resources management or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in human resources management or IT
- Solid user knowledge of the HR system P&I Loga would be advantageous, ideally in the time management and/or duty scheduling module
- Practical experience in project management
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
