ICT Data Centre Shift Technician Improver State-of-the-art Data Centre Stockley Park, West London Your new employer is one of the UKs largest facilities management providers, looking to hire an ICT Shift Technician Improver to join their fast-growing data centre team in Stockley Park. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical 24/7 environment, gaining hands-on experience in ICT operations, learning from senior engineers, and developing your skills in a live data centre environment. There is strong training, upskilling, and clear progression into senior or specialist ICT roles. What you'll be doing: Supporting ICT systems across the data centre, including DCIM, SCADA, BMS, VESDA, and alarm monitoring Assisting with racking/stacking, patching, break-fix, decommissioning, and infrastructure installations Responding to ICT faults and escalating issues to senior engineers where required Supporting ServiceNow ticket management, emails, and job queues to ensure completion within SLA
