IT Technical Project Manager

A key focus of this role will be tenant-to-tenant migrations (particularly within Microsoft 365/Azure environments), making prior experience in this area essential. \r\n

Responsibilities \r\n \r\n

• Lead end-to-end delivery of M&A IT integration projects, with a strong focus on technical workstreams\r\n
• Own and deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations (e.g.\n\nM365, Azure AD), ensuring minimal disruption and secure data transition\r\n
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and technical delivery roadmaps\r\n
• Establish and drive governance frameworks, including risk, issue and dependency management\r\n
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) and third-party vendors\r\n
• Support IT due diligence, assessing infrastructure, applications and data landscapes of target companies\r\n
• Oversee cutover planning, migration execution, hypercare and post-integration optimisation\r\n
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and compliance standards\r\n
• Track and report on KPIs, SLAs and delivery milestones\r\n
• Provide clear, structured reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership\r\n

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager within M&A, integration, or transformation environments\r\n
• Strong hands-on experience delivering tenant-to-tenant migrations (M365/Azure essential)\r\n
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, identity management and enterprise IT infrastructure\r\n
• Experience managing complex technical workstreams and multiple concurrent projects\r\n
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)\r\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills\r\n
• Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators\r\n
