Job description

Our client are a growing agency based near Coventry and are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join their team. You would be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms., * Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns, ideally Google Ads, but that isn't essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media advertising tools and platforms, as well as Google Analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
