Technical Support Engineer

Join our team supporting the renewable energy sector! At Hinen, we provide remote support to end-users and assist installers on-site with inverters and battery storage systems. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to grow with us., * Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.

• Support installers on-site with renewable energy systems, including battery storage and inverters.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot, document, and recommend improvements for system reliability.
• Conduct site visits as required to troubleshoot products and ensure exceptional service.

• Apprentices or experienced candidates with basic computer skills and a technical, electrical, or engineering background.
• Individuals who are currently learning in the electrical industry, or who want a change in their role and enjoy helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Full driving license is required.
• Preferred candidates will hold Electrical Qualifications Level 1, 2, or 3.
