- Own and resolve complex technical issues for international customers
- Support enterprise-scale, multi-tier Microsoft environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot high-impact production issues (often remotely)
- Collaborate directly with Development teams to deliver fixes
- Contribute to product improvement and customer experience
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 8 weeks)
Requirements
- Experience in a technical support role (software / consultancy / SI / dealing with external customers not internal)
- Strong troubleshooting ability and communication skills
- Microsoft stack knowledge (IIS, SQL Server, Azure, Active Directory)
- Familiarity with vmware, networking (TCP/IP), and case management tools (Jenkins ideally)
