What you'll be doing As an IT Client Technical Integration Specialist, you'll deliver end to end technical onboarding and provide expert support across client integrations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical onboarding for customers from integration design through to live trading.
- Configure and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP POST, FTP/SFTP and structured data files such as CSV, XML and JSON.
- Validate shipment, manifest, label and event data to ensure compliance with Evri requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration, connectivity and dataflow issues across customer, internal and third party systems.
- Support integration testing activities ahead of go live.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for live integrations, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain integration specifications, technical documentation and SOPs in line with platform updates.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Client Management, Product, Development, Testing and Operations teams to support successful onboarding.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who's technically confident, client focused and able to translate complex integration requirements into clear, practical solutions.
- Experience supporting commercially valuable clients with strong communication skills.
- Understanding of API integrations and the ability to troubleshoot data exchanges.
- Knowledge of file based integrations and data structures such as CSV, XML and JSON.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around data accuracy and label compliance.
- The ability to manage multiple integrations and prioritise effectively.
- A calm, solutions focused approach, particularly during peak logistics periods.
