IT Support Engineer (Level- 1)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month B2B contract based in Dubai Healthcare City. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of end-user computing environments., * Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications
• Respond to tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs
• Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
• Provide on-site and remote support as needed

• Must be legally authorized to work in the Belgium
• Fluency in English is required for end-user support., * Proven experience in End User Computing (EUC) or IT Support (L1 level)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Fluency in English is required for end-user support.

Pay: €3.700,00 - €4.000,00 per month
