  • Taking ownership and tracking incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
  • Diagnosing software, system, and hardware-related problems
  • Escalating complex issues and supporting 2nd line investigations
  • Analysing system reports to identify improvements
  • Creating and maintaining knowledgebase articles
  • Communicating confidently with customers in high-impact situations
  • Collaborating with international teams to ensure system performance
  • Occasionally visiting customer sites when remote resolution isn't possible

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or similar
  • Strong SQL knowledge (essential)
  • Experience with Linux systems and tools (essential)
  • Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication-both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Bonus skills (nice to have):

  • Java support/development
  • XML, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Bash
  • Experience in a commercial support or warehousing environment

Benefits & conditions

Working Pattern: 28-day rotating shift pattern. 12-hour day & night shifts (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00). Includes weekends and bank holidays.

Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and keeping critical systems running at peak performance? Join a global leader in intralogistics and be part of a high-impact support team powering cutting-edge warehouse automation across Northern Europe.

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • Work with advanced automation and logistics systems
  • Be part of a global, collaborative team
