Job description

Requirements
- Strong experience with SSO, application integrations, security groups, and Entra ID management.
- Proficient in Incident, Problem, and Request Management, including triage, prioritisation, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Ability to identify error patterns, document solutions, and maintain knowledge bases.
- Clear communication with colleagues regarding request and incident status. · Skilled in installing, configuring, and supporting workplace devices (laptops, mobiles, including Apple ecosystem: iPhone/iPad/Mac).
- Regular monitoring of IT services for anomalies; escalate complex issues to 3rd-level teams as needed., * 2 years + experience of working in an IT support environment
- Proven ability to manage, and influence both direct and indirect reports
- Outstanding customer service skills · Experience of working with ITIL processes
- Technical skills around the Microsoft Stack
