Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our innovative team! As our Senior Data Analyst you will take lead on technical decisions as well as guide and support our Junior Data Analysts in the department.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Power BI SQL, R, Python processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Looker, and other BI tools to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and BI assets (primarily in Power BI). Create meaningful business insights from raw data and communicate findings effectively.

Build innovative analytical approaches to solve business problems and share methodologies with stakeholders.

Generate reports from single or multiple systems to support business needs. Develop new data models and optimise existing ones to enhance reporting accuracy and speed. SQL, Data Modelling & Data Quality

Write robust SQL to support reporting, data transformations, modelling, and problem solving.

Support and maintain the Data Warehouse by identifying and revising source data quality issues.

Perform data integrity gap analysis to identify key problem areas and assist with root cause analysis.

Audit data regularly to ensure integrity, consistency, and qualit

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and ETL processes.

Hands-on experience with BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau , SSRC

Solid understanding of database design principles and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server

Familiarity with SDLC phases including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Strong analytical skills complemented by excellent business analysis capabilities to interpret complex data sets.
