Job description
- Assist in the provision of technical support for all users and IT infrastructure issues in various environments: Office, Production, Hosting, and remote Workers.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and administration of IT systems at both sites.
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the organisations hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT systems as required.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure and user guide materials.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery across the organisation.

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and other IT team members.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networks, and common applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise work accordingly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices.
