Job description
We are looking to recruit a Support Administrator to work within the admin team supporting with day to day operational admin. Duties include but are not limited to: -
Reception / Switchboard based duties:
· General Reception based duties which will include greeting / ID checking visitors, dealing with deliveries / staff vehicle management etc.
· Taking and directing calls (Announced call management for the business).
· Representing / fronting the business; with positive; polite; professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Administration based duties:
· In support of the Sales / Recruitment teams, using MS Word, reformatting CV's to a very high standard of speed and accuracy.
· Data input - updating of in-house database system.
· General office duties such as filing, processing incoming / outgoing mail etc.
Requirements
· GCSE Grades (4+)
· Experience of MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
· Mature / sensible approach
· Outgoing personality
· Punctual with an ability to time manage / organize
· Honesty and integrity
· Self-driven motivation
