Job description
- Deliver high-quality administrative support across departments
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and databases
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Assist with admissions processes, examinations, and school activities
- Organise meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Keep records, filing systems, and documentation accurate and compliant

Requirements
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Administrator to join our secondary school team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school, providing essential support to staff, students, and parents., * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with systems such as SIMS or Arbor is an advantage
