Job description
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in IT support. This is not a trainee or apprenticeship position - you will be expected to hit the ground running, take ownership of issues, and contribute to maintaining our high service standards.
A Typical Day Will Include:
- Managing incoming support tickets via telephone and email
- Taking ownership of technical issues from start to resolution
- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues, including remote desktop support, backup management, and user setup
- Supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls and connectivity
- Assisting with the monitoring and maintenance of EV chargers, solar systems, and other smart technologies via our Monitoring Centre
- Configuring and deploying hardware and software
- Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote support tools, networking, and firewalls
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
