IT Helpdesk Technician

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in IT support. This is not a trainee or apprenticeship position - you will be expected to hit the ground running, take ownership of issues, and contribute to maintaining our high service standards.

A Typical Day Will Include:

• Managing incoming support tickets via telephone and email
• Taking ownership of technical issues from start to resolution
• Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of IT issues, including remote desktop support, backup management, and user setup
• Supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, including firewalls and connectivity
• Assisting with the monitoring and maintenance of EV chargers, solar systems, and other smart technologies via our Monitoring Centre
• Configuring and deploying hardware and software
• Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service and client satisfaction

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with remote support tools, networking, and firewalls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work
