Job description

  • Provide phone-based technical support to internal employees
  • Remotely troubleshoot and resolve issues on users' PCs
  • Manage and resolve tickets using a ticketing system
  • Perform password resets and account management via Active Directory
  • Support Windows operating systems and related software

Requirements

  • Prior help desk or service desk experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and Active Directory
  • Commitment to providing timely and effective technical support
