Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

• Manage and maintain various aspects of the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and Exchange.
• Provide support for virtual desktop environments utilizing VMWare as well as other end-user hardware.
• Build, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and mobile devices.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and conference room technologies.
• Offer technical assistance to end users by diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues.
• Deliver on-site support for executive meeting spaces, amenity floors, and large-scale events such as client presentations.
• Assist with technical setups and troubleshooting for after-hours events and meetings.
• Respond to service desk tickets efficiently and provide solutions to reported problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations. Requirements - Proficiency in Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with Windows 10 operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with virtual desktop environments, particularly VMWare.
• Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and AV equipment.
• Ability to manage service desk tickets and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end users.
