Job description
- Serve as the first-level responder for incidents and service requests related to district infrastructure services
- Perform initial diagnostics and impact assessment for issues affecting cloud platforms, data center systems, and network connectivity
- Assist with routine infrastructure tasks such as account verification, service restarts, and status checks
- Support wired and wireless network troubleshooting, including connectivity validation and hardware verification
- Utilize AI-assisted tools and monitoring platforms to identify, diagnose, and document infrastructure incidents
Requirements
Must have reliable vehicle and drivers license*, * High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in IT, Networking, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support with exposure to enterprise or infrastructure environments
- Foundational understanding of cloud services, server and data center environments, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident workflows
- Ability to differentiate endpoint issues from infrastructure-related incidents
