- Provide Level 1 IT support to employees for workplace technology issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Support the deployment and management of workplace devices using Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.
- Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and support for peripherals such as monitors, headsets, and docking stations.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and support local network devices like printers and WiFi routers.
- Coordinate with centralized IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and system updates.

As a vital part of the IT support department, you will support a diverse workforce across multiple locations, ensuring seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization., * 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or workplace IT environments, preferably within manufacturing organizations.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints.
- Knowledge of device deployment, management, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to provide clear, user-friendly technical support to non-technical users.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a customer-oriented approach.
