Job description
The Product Support Administrator is responsible for the overall support for the Product Support team by completing various administrative tasks related to organization and communication in order to improve departmental efficiency. To complete these tasks, this role must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures associated with the Product Support department, including but not limited to, technical questions/knowledge, assisting dealers via phone and email, and customer service., The Product Support Administrator's key responsibilities are outlined below: Provide backup to the Product Support team by corresponding via email, fax, and phone as well as directing phone calls correctly Willing to learn technical information related to KIOTI products including the following: o Diesel engines o Hydraulics o Transmissions o Air Conditioning o Electrical Provide administrative support to the Product Support team by assisting with coordination of departmental planning and KIOTI University Become acquainted with the Warranty department by understanding and administering the adjudication of warranty claims on KIOTI products. Participate in training for the Product Support Representative role, including, KIOTI University. Complete administrative duties including but not limited to: o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports o Develop and maintain a filing system o Greet and assist visitors as needed o Handle sensitive materials in a confidential manner o Take accurate minutes of meetings o Manage staff appointments o Book conference rooms for when required
Requirements
High school diploma 2+ years of experience in similar area of work Technical hands-on experience required Administrative, organization, and communication skills are preferred Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Knowledge of Solomon, CRM, and other applications is a plus
