Requirements
2+ years of experience supporting Yardi (Voyager or related modules) Strong understanding of property management and accounting workflows Experience troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools within Yardi Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, or other Yardi modules Background in real estate, property management, or commercial/residential portfolios Experience with system implementations or upgrades Knowledge of integrations between Yardi and third-party systems Ability to create training documentation and lead user training sessions
