Job description
Responsibilities Provide post-implementation support for ezyVet PIMS platform users
Resolve daily support tickets ("how-to" workflow and usage issues) via Ticketing System
Troubleshoot basic platform configuration questions and escalate technical or network issues appropriately
Partner with peer support staff and internal SMEs on complex cases
Contribute to documentation and lightweight training resources (knowledge base articles, short how-to videos)
Deliver high-touch customer support to veterinary practice users Must Haves
Requirements
Do you have experience in Hospital experience?, Prior experience working in a veterinary hospital environment (any role using a PIMS system)
Hands-on experience using veterinary PIMS platforms, ezyVet or ProVet Cloud preferred
Comfort working in ticketing systems/support workflow environments (FreshService Preferred)
Strong customer service orientation and patience with repetitive user questions
Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice-to-Haves
ezyVet platform experience
Prior post-implementation or application support experience
Exposure to Freshservice or similar ticketing tools
Experience creating basic documentation or user training materials
