Systems Analyst

• Work closely with the business partners to gather/evaluate requirements, construct workflow charts and wireframes for the AML and sanctions customer screening product.

• Analyze the current system capabilities to design and add new functionality to the product. Wrote specifications and prepared technical documentation on the Confluence page.

• Collaborate with team of 10 including scrum master, QA engineers and developers to help ensure successful delivery of the project within the given timeframe.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.

• Communicate with onshore and offshore application teams across the organization and help onboard them to the analytics service.

• Provide key insights on user behavior and trends, helping to determine future enhancements for various application across the organization.

• Identify system errors and collaborate with developers and end users to troubleshoot system issue. Enhanced reporting and metrics tracking capabilities using Google analytics and tag manage

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, IT, Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
