Job description

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance for manufacturing applications and processes.
  • Design, configure, and optimize application solutions for specific manufacturing challenges.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance and integration in production environments.
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and production teams to define application requirements and specifications.
  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and commissioning of new manufacturing applications on the factory floor.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for users on manufacturing application functionality.
  • Conduct performance analysis and recommend improvements for existing manufacturing application workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial equipment.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) for design and simulation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Practical experience in a manufacturing environment, including machinery operation or programming.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency with CAD/CAM/CAE simulation software.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, PLC) for automation or data analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IIoT, digital twins, advanced robotics).
