Job description
- Develop and test firmware for new manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve embedded system issues in production machinery.
- Design and implement control algorithms for robotic and automated manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate embedded systems into manufacturing lines.
- Perform root cause analysis on failures of embedded systems in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in embedded software development for manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming.
- Hands-on experience with microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM, PIC) and peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART, ADC/DAC).
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET).
- Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers)., * Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) beyond basic microcontroller-level implementations.
