• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their implementation/management in a manufacturing context.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing IT infrastructure, including PLC systems, SCADA, MES, and industrial networking.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity best practices and risk management within an operational technology (OT) environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) and experience leading complex IT projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices relevant to OT (Operational Technology) environments.
• Certifications in IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
