• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between IT and operational teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and how IT supports them.
