• Experience with IT infrastructure, network design, and cybersecurity best practices in an operational technology (OT) context.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, including system implementations and upgrades, within budget and on schedule.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementations or support.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices within a manufacturing context (e.g., NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience with IoT solutions and data analytics in a production setting.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies in IT or manufacturing operations.
