• Manage and support virtualized infrastructure (VMware) to ensure high availability and performance of production systems.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi) to ensure reliable connectivity for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical IT systems and data, ensuring business continuity.
• Provide technical support and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues encountered by manufacturing personnel.
• Manage and maintain industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments, ensuring their operational reliability and security.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect manufacturing IT assets and intellectual property.

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficient in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies in an industrial context.
