Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk requests

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and document hardware, software, and connectivity issues; resolve incidents in a timely manner and escalate when needed

Provide end-user training and day-to-day assistance while adhering to company policies, IT standards, and security requirements

Configure and deploy computers and peripherals; install, update, and maintain approved software applications

Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory

Pursue ongoing training and professional development to improve technical skills and service delivery

Represent the company professionally with a consistent commitment to quality and customer service

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Positive and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Preferred: IT certifications
- Microsoft Windows operating systems knowledge, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support
- Preferred: Willingness to learn and support cloud services administration (e.g., VoIP, M365, security software)
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license, Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status, O-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
