As a Technical Support Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and field technicians by troubleshooting issues, providing expert guidance, and helping ensure our products perform at the highest level.   • Provide technical support by answering inbound calls and assisting with troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Assist customers and technicians with installation and start-up questions
  • Investigate service issues and recommend effective corrective actions
  • Process and approve warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines
  • Coordinate field service calls with authorized service providers
  • Review and track warranty and service data to identify trends
  • Recommend product improvements based on service feedback and data analysis
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry
  • HVACR certification or license preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional phone presence
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as M1, Oracle, or Syteline) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites for field support
