IT Specialist (NETWORK)

• You will be responsible for the management, installation, maintenance, and trouble resolution of all infrastructure supporting voice, video, and data networks operated at the command.
• You will be responsible for recommending cable assignments and notifying leadership of areas where cable resources are limited.
• You will be responsible for managing complex Information Technology projects, clarifying customer requirements, and developing project documents.
• You will submit new circuit orders, verify available funding, and deactivate obsolete circuits.
• You will perform site surveys and develop cost estimates for infrastructure builds and associates updates to the cable management documentation.

• The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies., This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
