What You'll Do
You'll be the front line of IT support across the company - resolving issues, guiding users, and ensuring employees have reliable access to the tools they need to perform.
- Provide front-line support Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems across Windows and macOS environments while delivering a professional customer experience.
- Resolve issues quickly and efficiently Log, track, and prioritize support tickets, resolving Tier 1 issues and escalating complex problems to advanced support teams with thorough documentation.
- Support employee access and onboarding Assist with account provisioning and deprovisioning, password resets, and MFA troubleshooting while following company security protocols.
- Support business productivity tools Provide assistance with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, along with printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
- Improve processes and documentation Create knowledge base documentation and help enhance workflows to improve the efficiency and reliability of IT services across the organization.
- Partner across the company Work closely with employees at all levels to ensure smooth technology operations and minimize downtime that impacts productivity.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of Help Desk, IT Support, or technical customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID and remote support tools
- Basic troubleshooting of operating systems, hardware, and software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
