Job description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite IT support through a walk-up IT bar
- Deliver hands-on troubleshooting and support for macOS and MacBook devices, including hardware, OS, and application issues
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (O365) applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Use Jamf to manage, support, and troubleshoot Mac devices, configurations, and deployments
- Provide AV and conference room support, including Zoom/Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, microphones, and meeting room technology
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in a ticketing system
- Partner with remote IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in desktop or IT support, preferably in a walk-up or onsite support environment
- Strong hands-on experience supporting macOS/MacBooks in an enterprise setting
- Proven experience with Jamf for Mac device management
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 troubleshooting and support
- Experience supporting AV and conference room technology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Philadelphia
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting creative, advertising, or marketing teams
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and ticketing systems
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing IT environment

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
