Job description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist/Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Data Scientist/Analyst, you will be part of the Worldwide Cost Desk (WWCD) supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization., + Perform detailed analysis of complex product costs using Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx/KNIME

Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to identify and validate data inputs for analysis

Apply predictive analytics to evaluate and forecast future program costs

Design and manage large analytical projects, ensuring data accuracy and clear, concise, and business-relevant insights for key stakeholders
What's Needed?
Requirements

Deep understanding with proven skills in data science and analytics

Strong working knowledge of Alteryx and/or KNIME, Tableau, and Excel

Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, linking, formatting, and charts

Financial modeling experience

Ability to multitask and work independently
