Job description

  • Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide high-quality customer support directly to end users.

  • Install, configure, and repair Windows and Mac OS systems, ensuring secure and compliant environments.

  • Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.

  • Support conference room technology including Teams, Zoom, projectors, audio systems, and telephony equipment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills , excellent communication abilities , and critical thinking skills , which will align successfully in the organization., + 5+ years of desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.

  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/Android mobile support, and Active Directory.

  • Experience with system imaging, SCCM/MECM, Bomgar, and enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

  • Strong understanding of data integrity, password security, and device encryption (BitLocker).

  • Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (A+, MCP, HDI) preferred.
