Network Field Engineer

• Provide expert technical support to ensure smooth operation of LAN and WAN networks.
• Engage in troubleshooting processes to quickly resolve network performance issues.
• Collaborate on network upgrades and improvements to boost efficiency.
• Document and evaluate network configurations, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, staying updated on security and networking practices.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills and knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
• Proficiency in network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Ability to independently plan and execute complex network solutions using Cisco devices.
• Strong documentation skills, preferably using tools like Visio.
• Excellence in customer service and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a healthcare environment with an understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Progress toward or achievement of a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Experience in mentoring team members and openness to knowledge sharing.
