Identity Data Analyst & Tester

• Conduct detailed analysis of identity data, accounts, and entitlements within SailPoint systems.

• Reconcile data across HR systems, directories, and applications to identify discrepancies, including orphaned accounts.

• Assist with rule validation, identity correlation, and testing of provisioning and deprovisioning processes.

• Validate workflows for joiner, mover, and leaver processes in Okta, ensuring accurate provisioning and group memberships.

• Execute test plans to assess the design and effectiveness of identity lifecycle and access controls.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test cases, validation findings, and remediation actions.

• Provide audit support by gathering evidence and responding to auditor inquiries regarding SailPoint and Okta systems.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with identity governance standards and drive continuous improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for leadership and audit purposes. Requirements * Proven experience in identity data analysis or access governance.

• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.

• Proficiency in Okta lifecycle workflows and system integrations.

• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance controls.

• Excellent analytical and data validation skills with a focus on accuracy.

• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to document findings and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Ability to independently execute tasks in an enterprise environment.
