Job description
- Support data conversion initiatives, including impact analysis and data integrity assessments
- Develop, modify, and analyze Workday reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday
- Manage large datasets during data migration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity
- Perform impact analysis to evaluate reporting dependencies and downstream effects of data changes
Requirements
- Senior-level experience (6-10 years) in Workday reporting and data analytics
- Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards
- Strong background in data analysis, managing large datasets, and data migration
- Proven ability to perform impact analysis and assess reporting dependencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
