Job description

  • Support data conversion initiatives, including impact analysis and data integrity assessments
  • Develop, modify, and analyze Workday reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
  • Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday
  • Manage large datasets during data migration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity
  • Perform impact analysis to evaluate reporting dependencies and downstream effects of data changes

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience (6-10 years) in Workday reporting and data analytics
  • Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports and dashboards
  • Strong background in data analysis, managing large datasets, and data migration
  • Proven ability to perform impact analysis and assess reporting dependencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
